Art trade - izka197 by Namtia Art trade - izka197 by Namtia
Meet Adelle!

She is my part of the art trade with =izka197 and Adelle is her character. Hope she will like it ^^

At first I only wanted to draw without background, but I thought it would be such a waste let her float in middle of nowhere (since I really adored Adelle's detailed outfit), so I drew a gear, than another one, and another and so on....and this was the result. I had too much fun with this pic

I would like also thank my friend MiHa who generously scanned this drawing :blowkiss:

medium: promarkers+copic multiliner 0.1,0.3,0.5+various color pencils+ A/3 sized snowwhite drawingcarton+ lots of loooveee

you have asked for it
I take this piture as example but I see reacoring a lot
the hair looks to unphysical almost as a wig in an unnatral volume
the pose seem very dynamic howevevr the body does not seem to respond to it as if she is standing still
the body is very irregular if you already drew one limb narrower then the other do it to the one who's farther away from the watcher
the head is probably the first thing you drew and fitted the body to it for it connect properly on the shoulders
finally I disn't quite understand where the cloth behind her comes from so I'll keep silent about it

now the good stuff
I truelly admire youre charecter presention and you great atttention to detail one of the things that drew most of my attention were the nails I know how hard it is to draw them and such moplex hand gestures to me theire truelly unbelievable

please be tolerant twards my words
I belive your'e an unbelieveable artist and I want you to immrove even more in your drawings
it would be really hard for me if cut me off out your work

All right
- Hair: as far as I see and based on some comments I recived so far regarding it is realy matter of taste. Either somebody love or realy hate it. I accept that you don't like it, please accept that I am currently in a flowy over the top hair style phase (if I can call it that way) for a time now. As for current status I like it, but there is a possibilty it will change over the night (it happaned before to me)

- Pose, anatomy: I accpet it you are right. I am currently struggling to develop some better skills on these field. I will bear in mind next time

- Head: Yes I always draw first the head, which may cause the problem for the dynamism of the pose too. I will think about it.

- Clothes: I have to admit it was my misunderstanding of the original concept. At first I thought it somehow pinned to it or so with two layers of clothes, but it should have been one long extension of the top.

- details, hands, character presentation:Thank you for your kind words, I realy spend much time on these features (especaialy the hands, becasue I am not very skilled) so it realy means a lot to me.

I won't cut off anybody. Have ever eat somebody because of a crtique :D ? Well yeah sometimes maybe becasue of my lacking English skills I may sound a bit rude, but I don't realy mind it and becasue of my personality a like to debate a bit regardnig art. I always try to learn from critiques (even if it doesn't seems so), becasue there is always place to improve and you always provided me with good remarks regarding my drawings, so I won't eat this time either ;)
